Judge Rules against Microsoft in email privacy case

Don’t think for a minute that the government isn’t scanning your email with their own automated keyword systems.  If they cannot get to it easily, they will find a judge that will help them get it.  But I give Microsoft credit for trying – most major free email services hand it over without much fuss.
